| Our story: We have put together our heads, hearts and souls into launching a line of all-natural personal care and household products for the whole family. Our inspiration – our son Jacob! Within the first month of being born, Jacob started to develop skin sensitivities. These, progressively got worse. Most conventional big-brand household and personal care products are filled with alcohol, chemical preservatives, and synthetic fragrances. They were having a terrible effect on his skin. I embarked on a quest towards creating and maintaining a less toxic household. I feel an incredible urge to do our part, however small, for a greener world for our children to grow up in. Consequently, I became even more determined to make as many products for our household as I could, using only natural, everyday ingredients. Even though we didn't know it at the time, that was the beginning of Momma Nature. Not only is it important to us to live a socially responsible lifestyle, but JD (hubby) and I want to teach these values to our children by practicing it in our everyday lives. As well, we are continually educating ourselves and take any opportunity to share this knowledge with those around us to raise awareness. Our products are all-natural and safe yet effective. They are free of synthetic fragrances, chemicals, alcohol and mineral oil. Most importantly, they are all tried, tested and used on a daily basis in our own home. We are “inspired by the idea of social change and fueled by the urgency to protect our planet." ![]() Warmly, Sheeba, JD (and Jacob) @ Momma Nature |

Our logo: Our son Jacob has been an inspiration for so many different aspects of Momma Nature - including our logo! Shortly after we found out we were pregnant, Johnson had to leave on a pre-planned trip to Asia. It was almost unbearably hard to be half a world apart after just finding out this unexpected, life-changing news! While he was there, he found this wooden figurine and brought it home with much excitement. I fell in love with it immediately! As my belly grew bigger, I would look at the figurine and imagine having my own babe to one day kiss and hold. It held so much special meaning to both of us and when it came time to design a logo for Momma Nature, the inspiration came without even much thought! .
